Anissa Pricher | Chairman of the Board
A Kentucky native, Anissa Pricher has lived in Dublin about five years. She is employed at Carl Vinson VA Medical Center as manager of the Medical Staff Office. Anissa graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Master in Healthcare Management. She is an avid reader that enjoys traveling, volunteering, sports events, spending time with family and friends and trying new restaurants in the middle GA area. She and her husband, Marcus Pricher, have two children.
Anissa is a 2023 graduate of Leadership Dublin–Laurens County.

Kelly Dean | Past Chairman of the Board
Kelly Dean is the principal at East Laurens Elementary School. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Special Education/Intellectual Disabilities from Georgia Southern University. She holds a Master's degree in Learning Disabilities and Behavior Disorders from Armstrong Atlantic State University and her Specialist degree in Education Leadership is from Georgia College and State University.

Kelly has over 27 years of experience as a classroom teacher, Assistant Principal and Principal.
She is married to Jack Dean and they have two daughters, Kaitlyn and Peyton. Kaitlyn is a graduate of Mercer University and currently works for a law practice in Tifton Ga. Peyton is a senior at WLHS with plans to attend the University of Alabama in the Fall of 2025. Kelly is a graduate of Leadership Dublin-Laurens County (2020).
Allison Keen | Chairman Elect
Allison is a Health and Life Insurance Agent at Clements and Keen Insurance. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a Masters in Agricultural and Environmental Education, with a focus in Personal and Organizational Leadership.
After graduating and working in the agricultural industry, Allison returned to her hometown of Dublin, Georgia to join her family’s business. She currently serves as a Laurens Youth Leadership board member, and is the Chairman Elect for Leadership Dublin-Laurens.
Allison is a member of Dublin First Church of the Nazarene and enjoys cheering on the dawgs in her free time.
Kate Dean | Programs Chair
Kate Dean is the Talent Acquisition Manager of Nichols, Cauley & Associates, LLC. She is a graduate of Valdosta State University with Bachelor’s degrees in Management and Marketing, and received her Masters of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She joined Nichols, Cauley & Associates, LLC in 2012 as assistant firm administrator. Kate has been a member of the Dublin-Laurens Human Resources Association for 10 years. Kate is also a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and holds a SHRM Certified Professional certificate.
Kate is a native of Valdosta, Georgia, but has been a part of the Dublin-Laurens community for over 10 years.
She is married to JT Dean, and they have two daughters, Claire and Ruthie. Kate is a graduate of the 2022 Leadership Dublin Laurens County Class.
Chris Lewis | Programs Chair Elect
Christopher Lewis is serving his first year on the Dublin-Laurens Leadership Board and is a graduate of the 2024 Class of Dublin-Laurens Leadership. A proud graduate of the Dublin City Schools system, he graduated as an Honor Graduate in 2007. Currently, he is the assistant principal at Susie Dasher Elementary within the Dublin City Schools system, a role he has held for four years. Before becoming an assistant principal, Christopher was primarily a 4th-grade math teacher at Susie Dasher Elementary.
He and his wife, Bridges Lewis, have been married for a little over a year, and he has a bonus daughter, Journi Bostic, who is currently a junior at Dublin High School.
Amber Coleman | Treasurer
Amber Coleman is a Banking Officer and Branch Manager at Bank of Dudley’s Veterans Boulevard branch in Dublin. She’s been employed with Bank of Dudley for almost 10 years. She graduated from East Laurens High School and has attended Middle Georgia State University and Brewton Parker College pursing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Currently, Amber is enrolled in Georgia Bankers Association Georgia Banking School at the University of Georgia. As a leader at Bank of Dudley, Amber has spearheaded past Relay for Life fundraisers and attends many community events.
Amber is married to Blake Coleman and they have two sons, Gunner & Brax. They attend Dudley Baptist Church. In her spare time, she enjoys following both of her son’s sports activities. She is very active and volunteers many hours with Dudley Little League.
David Attaway | Treasurer Elect
David Attaway is an Audit Director with Symphona LLP on their Dublin, GA office. David moved to Dublin after graduating from Georgia Southern University (BBA Accounting 2009, MAcc 2010).
David has spent his professional career with Symphona, focusing on audits and consulting with financial institutions. He is affiliated with multiple professional organizations, including our local chapter of the Georgia Society of CPAs, where he volunteers as a Board member. In addition, David services on the Financial Institutions Task Force and the Accounting and Auditing Task Force with the Society.
David and his wife Kristen have two children, Charlotte and Connor. They are members of Liberty Church, where both volunteer in multiple areas. In their free time, they visit the beach and attend many Georgia Southern sporting events. David is a 2022 graduate of Leadership Dublin-Laurens County.
Bill Middlebrooks | Socials Committee
Bill Middlebrooks is a native of Dublin-Laurens County and joined the Curry Maffett Insurance team in 2012. Bill is married to the former Kassie Daniel of Dublin, and they have two sons named Will & Wyatt.
Bill graduated from West Laurens High School in 2006 and earned his bachelor’s degree in history at Georgia Southern University in 2010. Bill completed insurance coursework and holds the designation for Certified Authority on Workers Compensation. Bill is a Deacon at Poplar Springs North Baptist Church and an active member of Dublin Exchange Club. Bill is a 2022 graduate of Leadership Dublin Laurens.
Miriam Lewis | Marketing Chair
A destination veteran, Miriam Lewis joined Visit Dublin GA in 2015, and transitioned into the role of Executive Director in 2021. She oversees Dublin Visitors Center operations and staff, along with Dublin and Laurens County’s tourism marketing communications, while leading strategic initiatives to strengthen the tourism industry in Dublin.
Miriam is a 2017 graduate of the Georgia Academy for Economic Development, achieved certification the UGA and Carl Vinson Institute of Government Destination Leadership-Fundamentals of Tourism in 2023, and in 2024 the Dublin Laurens St. Patrick’s Committee named her an Honorary Leprechaun.
As a volunteer with Read To Lead, Miriam mentors students, and as a lover of the outdoors and all things that flower, Miriam is a member of the Dublin Daylily Club.
She and her husband Chris Lewis share four children.
She is a graduate of Leadership Dublin-Laurens County. (2023)

Angela is serving as secretary on the board this year.
She is a Banking Officer/Branch Manager at East Dublin Office.
Married to Ralph have two daughters and two grandsons.
Love reading and attending any type of sporting events.

Married to Alexis Brantley with a beautiful 3 year old daughter, Makayla. Works as Territory Sales Manager for Brooks Auto Parts-Napa Auto Parts Covering Dublin, Eastman and McRae.
A member of Living Faith Baptist Church where he's involved in the Music Ministry as drummer, Youth Ministry as ministry leader and teacher. In his free time Wynton enjoy spending time with his daughter and grilling.
